“I had a great stay at the Best Western Potomac Mills. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. They had a wide variety of options to choose from, and during my stay they even had Krispy Kreme donuts, which was a really nice surprise. Another thing I appreciated was the security. The hotel uses key card access for both the doors and elevators, which made the environment feel very safe and secure throughout my stay. The only downside I noticed was that the vending machine on the third floor wasn’t working. However, that was a very small issue compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in the area. The breakfast, safety, and overall comfort made it a great place to stay.”

“After my recent trip toward DC to pick up my college girl from George Washington University, I knew I didn’t want to stay directly in the city. I ended up at the Best Western Potomac Mills and honestly? This is officially my new safe spot hotel when I’m in the area. A lot of my followers know I had a really rough experience at another hotel recently, so finding a place where everything just felt easy and comfortable was such a relief. The front desk staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I checked in. They even followed up to make sure my room was good, which I genuinely appreciated. And let’s talk about the breakfast because WOW. Usually hotel breakfasts are just… there. This one was actually GOOD. The bacon was delicious, the eggs were great, and they even had a yogurt station where you could add toppings like pineapple, coconut, and blueberries. They also had grits and waffles, which made it feel way more thoughtful than the average continental breakfast. The little towel birds on the beds were such a cute touch, the beds themselves were super comfortable, the fridge was actually a decent size, and the hot water? Endless. After long drives, that matters more than people realize. Overall, I’m genuinely so happy with my stay here. Safe, clean, welcoming, comfortable, and stress-free. At this point, I can honestly say I’d choose Best Western over Hilton going forward. Keep up the great work — you’ve officially earned a repeat guest!”
